A 140 hectare coastal development in the eastern Bay of Islands comprising 16 house sites serviced by 6.2 km of sealed and concrete roads.
A feature of the construction was the extensive use of retaining structures on the steep hillsides to form the road platform. The retaining comprised pole and panel, massblock, reinforced earth and barrier pile walls.
